The Harmony Equation is my approach to creating lasting transformation through deep self-awareness and relational intelligence. Individual Transformation

themselves deeply and show up more authentically.

Using the Harmony Equation, we'll explore your three essential lenses:

  • Behavioral Awareness: How you show up in relationships (via emotional intelligence assessment or guided reflection)

  • Motivational Patterns: What drives you and what holds you back (via Enneagram or values work)

  • Cognitive Preferences: How you process information and make decisions (via MBTI, strengths, or pattern recognition)

 

Through the Mirror, Map, Move process, you'll gain clarity on who you are and create actionable shifts in how you show up.

Advanced Path - the LEAD program

For clients ready for a comprehensive, year-long transformation.

If you're ready to go deep - to not just understand yourself but to

fundamentally transform how you show up in your leadership,

relationships, and life - The LEAD Program is a year-long journey

through the four essential competencies:

​

L: Look Inside (Self-Awareness) → Understand your three lenses deeply
E: Engage & Practice (Self-Management) → Experiment with new behaviors and build habits
A: Activate Awareness (Social Awareness) → Develop empathy and systems thinking
D: Do It Together (Relationship Management) → Build trust, empower others, collaborate effectively

 

Format: Small cohort (6-8 participants) + individual coaching
Duration: 12 months (3 months per section)
